Make a word
Tap active outer-grid letters to make a valid word, then press Submit. Each grid tile can be used only once in the same word.
Wordif is a daily puzzle. Make valid words using the outer grid letters and try to uncover the hidden 5-letter word.
Each word can contain 1 to 5 letters. You have up to five word turns. Invalid and repeated words are not accepted and do not use a turn.
You win as soon as all five hidden letters are placed. If no winning option remains, the game ends in a loss and the hidden word is revealed.

Any newly discovered letters in your word that belong to the hidden word turn gold. Tap one gold letter and it moves into its correct hidden-word box, while its grid tile becomes unavailable. Each gold letter collected this way earns 50 Bonus Points.
If a word discovers more than one gold letter, the unselected letters remain marked with a bold gold outline while the hidden word still needs them. Use that information in a later word.
If a word finds no new gold letter, your one-use Guess Token becomes active. Tap it, then choose one active outer letter to guess a missing letter. A correct guess places the letter but does not earn 50 Bonus Points; a wrong guess ends the game. Using the token resets your current Bonus Points to zero. If it is still available after turn five, it becomes your final chance.
Uncover all five letters to win. Any Bonus Points still held are added to your final score. A lost game scores 0 and its medals are not added to your stats.
Each submitted word scores using the values shown on its grid letters. The hidden word is not scored separately.
If the hidden word is not uncovered, your final score is 0.
